Account Deletion
DeskHybrid accounts can be deleted at any time.
Delete your account in the app
- Log in to the DeskHybrid app
- Go to Settings > Account
- Tap "Delete account"
If you can’t access your account
Send a deletion request to [email protected] and include the email address associated with your DeskHybrid account.
What happens after deletion
- Your account and associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized where applicable.
- Some operational records (e.g., booking history or audit logs) may be retained only when required by law or legitimate business purposes, and access remains restricted.
- Requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.
